Following an assessment, your program may include strengthening, mobility exercises, functional movement and gradual progression towards everyday, recreational or work-related activities. The goal is to help rebuild physical capacity and support your return to activities that are important to you.
Healthy Ageing & Independence
Exercise programs designed to help older adults maintain strength, mobility, balance, fitness and confidence as they age. Sessions can focus on practical abilities such as walking, getting up from a chair, climbing stairs, carrying everyday items and maintaining balance. Programs are individually adjusted to support an active lifestyle and greater independence with everyday activities.
